PRINCIPLE 27 PROSPERITY IS NOT ABOUT HOW MUCH MONEY YOU GOT. Prosperity is all about - How Can You Change the World by the Way You Use Your Money? Masses mostly say - I would like to create 100 crore rupees a year. When asked “Why?” they answer, “Because I want to be rich and famous?” No. “Because I am rich and I want to be more rich and more famous?” No. It's because I want to see what I can do to change the world, and money is one of the many things you can use to change the world. When you earn more raise the standard of Giving !! It's not about the amount you spend to create a change. It's about the amount of money you have and how that can change the world. You have to look at a situation and ask: "What do I really want to create here? What's really possible?" Will a 100 rupees tip change a waiter's life. Yes. With every tip you leave, you use money to change people's lives. You change the world. You can change people's lives with five rupees or fifty rupees or 100 rupees. You can change the world with whatever it is you have in your pocket that's available. Money is a tool you can use to create a different reality. Are you using it in that way?

PRINCIPLE 28 PROSPERITY COMES WITH THE UNDERSTANDING THAT MONEY IS NOT THE SOLUTION. Money is never the solution because money is never the problem. If you try to use money as a solution, you will only create another problem to solve with the money that you have, or the money you don't have. Is Money Going to Solve Your Problem? Think about it for a moment. Is money going to solve your problem -or are you? You are. How do you do it? You solve what seems to be a money problem by claiming and owning the truth of you. What do I mean by this? Are you willing to give up the no-choice point of view and start recognizing that the way to create everything you want is to be as wild and crazy and wacky as you truly are? Stop pretending that you're weak, pale and uninteresting. People think, If I were to get rich and I had the money I wanted, I'd stop doing what I'm doing and I'd live a different life. But it doesn't work that way. Studies have shown that when people win the lottery, within anywhere from one to two years, they are in exactly the same financial condition they were in before they won. Although it's at a higher level, they have the same degree of debt, they have the same degree of limitation, and they have the same financial mess they had before they won the money. Money, it turns out, is never the solution. Receiving is the problem and YOU are the Solution The real "money problem" is that you're not willing to receive you into your life. The biggest thing you're unwilling to receive is how incredibly great you really are. Money is not the problem. Money is not the solution. Receiving is the problem and you are the solution. When you start receiving the greatness of who you truly are, everything in your life starts to change - including your money. If you are willing to receive the greatness of you, and allow the world to see the greatness of you, the world will then gift to you what you truly deserve. The willingness to perceive and receive yourself differently is the beginning of creating what you truly desire in your life. That's the place where you have to start. So, What's It Going to Take for Me to Show Up in My Life? At this point, you've got to be frustrated with being told you're great and wonderful. Okay, fine. You know that, and yet you've never been able to achieve what you desire. You might even be pissed off and asking, So, what's it going to take for me to show up in my life? That's a question you need to ask, because the universe will gile you an answer if you're willing to ask a question and listen to is reply.

PRINCIPLE 29 THERE IS NO PLACE ON EARTH WHERE PROSPERITY IS NOT. People see pockets of poverty like famines, hungry children and droughts and think that prosperity is absent there, but such is not the case. Prosperity is in the ethers, surrounding us everywhere, even in places where lack seems apparent. It is not that prosperity isn’t there; it is that man is not manifesting it. Primitives thought that the sun deserted the earth every night. In actuality, the earth turns away from the sun. It is the same way with prosperity. It never leaves us, but we sometimes turn away from it. The natural state of things here on planet Earth, contrary to anything you may have been told, is a state of abundance. If you look around when you are in nature, you'll see that when humans aren't doing their best to destroy things, there's no place where life is not thriving and abundant. There is no place that doesn't abound in plant, animal, bird and insect life. Even in so-called barren landscapes, there's an unimaginable amount of life going on. If you stop using a road, even one paved over with asphalt, in a very short period of time, cracks will appear, weeds will start growing, and pretty soon the road will become completely overgrown and disappear. It's a terrifically abundant universe and it's only when the humans manage to bring in the concrete that we stop experiencing nature's abundance. Only where humans trod do barrenness or poverty exist. Poverty consciousness is what keeps us from perceiving and experiencing the on-going natural state of abundance. Poverty consciousness is not a reflection of how things really are: it's a state of mind we create. It's the place we function from when we tell ourselves: I don't have enough. I never have enough. No matter what happens, I will never have enough. There are a million variations on the theme: I just have enough to survive. I don't need more than this amount of money to make it. It's the point of view that lack is more real than abundance.

PRINCIPLE 30 PROSPERITY IS A MINDSET. PROSPERITY IS NOT AN ABUNDANCE OF THINGS. IT IS A MINDSET. Sports cars, mansions and money do not create prosperity. They are symptoms of it. True prosperity is a mindset in the recipient. Likewise, the absence of money, possessions and other things is not poverty. Their absence is a condition of the poverty situation. Poverty itself is simply a mindset. This is either the scariest thing you will ever hear, or the most liberating insight you will ever learn. Make it the latter, and you are well on your way to abundance. No two people ever view the same event in the same way. Where one may see a threat, the other sees opportunity. Poverty consciousness is what keeps us from perceiving are experiencing the on-going natural state of abundance. Poverty consciousness is not a reflection of how things really are: it's state of mind we create. It's the place we function from when we tell ourselves: I don't have enough. I never have enough. No matter what happens, I will never have enough. It's the point of view that lack is more real than abundance. the idea that it's more noble to be poverty stricken than to wealthy. Some people actually think it's morally superior to poor. They have the pride of poverty. I had my family members who used to say, "At least we have a great family and we're happy. Those people with money aren't happy.” I used to look around and say to himself, "They couldn't be a more unhappy than you? I don't think so!"

PRINCIPLE 31 PROSPEROUS PEOPLE ARE NOT OVERLY RELIGIOUS PEOPLE. While prosperous people are not necessarily religious people, they are deeply spiritual. They understand that obsessing over the rules laid down in religion and the beliefs set by the religion, takes them further away from their true nature. There is elegant simplicity in the pathway of prosperity from vision to manifestation. And true prosperity is inclusive, not exclusive. Spirituality says God is within, Religion says God it Out there. Similarly Prosperity is always within and not out there. It was always present and the disempowering beliefs have taken us far away from our own prosperity.

PRINCIPLE 32 GOSSIPING ABOUT OTHERS CREATES A NEGATIVE PROSPERITY DEBT. While it feels absolutely satisfying to discuss and gossip about others, it creates an immense dent in the face of Prosperity. While one talk about others, their achievements, their relationships, and their money in a negative way, one creates a feeling and a thought, that I want these and I am jealous of them having it. And in return the universe blesses the others with more whereas they keep this person who is jealous deprived of all the good things he/she wants. You have no right to speak about others in a negative way. Mainly because it’s their path, their life, their business and their work which brings them the prosperity they desire. Your work is to be in alignment of your purpose, goals and vocation to bring the prosperity towards you.

PRINCIPLE 33 TITHING IS A BEAUTIFUL WAY TO BRING IN PROSPERITY. Tithing – means One tenth. Since ancient times it’s been a ritual by many and also mentioned in many religions to give away one tenth of what you earn as a charity, to the needy. It’s a way to give back the universe for what Universe has given you till date. Tithing is a way for your spiritual nourishment Tithe on the gross, not the net. Give your tithes lovingly, joyfully and gratefully. The universe will always get its tithe. Better to do it of your own choice. Be willing to give away something you possess, to receive something you desire. Do you believe in tithing to your church / temple? What about tithing to the Church / Temple of You? Would you be willing to do that? Here is what you do: You take 10 percent of everything that comes into your life and you put it away. Put it into a savings account. Put it in the bank. Put it under the mattress. It doesn't matter where you put it, just put it away. Don't spend it. If you continue to put that 10 percent away, you demonstrate to the universe that you desire money. When you tithe to the Church / Temple of You, the universe responds: Oh, you like money? Okay we'll give you more money. You might be thinking, Gosh, I can barely make ends meet now. How am I going to set aside 10 percent? The answer is: by doing it. The universe honors whatever you request of it. If you honor you by tithing 10 percent of what you take in, the universe says, Oh, you want to be honored with 10 percent? Here's some more to honor yourself with. Do you take care of your bills before you tithe to yourself? When you pay your bills first, have you noticed how the number of bills grows? Why is that? You're honoring your bills and the universe says, Oh, you like bills? Okay, we'll give you more bills. This doesn't mean you don't pay your bills. What you do is honour you, and if you have to stretch things a little bit or play catch-up later, no problem. If you start to honor yourself first and tithe 10 percent to the Church of You, within six months to a year your whole financial situation will turn around. You will hit financial targets you made a billion years ago when you said, “When I have this amount of money, I'm going to be rich. When I hit this amount of money, I'm very rich.” These are decisions that you don't even remember making, but when you achieve them, you experience a sense of peace within yourself and the frantic need for money goes away.

PRINCIPLE 36 YOUR ASSOCIATION WITH MONEY DETERMINES WHETHER YOU ATTRACT IT OR NOT. Broke people usually have a negative energy and connotation surrounding money. They obsess about how they are unable to do things that require money. Wealthy people have a very positive association with money. They view it in terms of the freedom, enjoyment and pleasure it brings them. Having a negative association of money repels it from you, while a positive association attracts it to you. One can have an association with money Happily or Unhappily. There are so many ways to relate with money happily · helping a struggling family member · sending a few thousands to those affected by Tsunami · raising money by selling cookies for a homeless person · investing in a business or community project · receiving money for work or services from satisfied clients. All the money circulated with love, care, and friendship determines your happy relationship with Money. Such relationship with Money makes people smile and feel loved and cared for deeply. It is in many ways an active form of love--a way in which people can see, feel, and touch. Often money can help others in a way that nothing else can. Conversely, the bad relationship with Money is the kind of money you use to begrudgingly pay your rent, bills, and taxes. We don't have to stretch our imaginations too far. We've all experi- enced the many forms of Unhappy Relationship with Money: • paying or receiving money as alimony after an ugly • divorce • receiving a salary from an employer for a job you don't • like but can't bring yourself to leave • unwillingly paying off credit cards with huge interest rates • receiving money from someone who resents paying you--like an unhappy customer who says, "You don't deserve it, but I'll pay you anyway to honor the contract" stealing money--from anyone. Money circulated in frustration, anger, sadness, and despair is Unhappy Relationship Money. This kind of money makes people stressed, desperate, aggravated, depressed, and sometimes violent. It deprives people of their dignity, self-esteem, and gentleness of heart. Whenever you receive and spend money and you do so with negative energy, it shows a bad relationship with Your Money.

PRINCIPLE 38 PROSPERITY CONSCIOUS PEOPLE THINK DIFFERENTLY Unfortunately, most of the masses are sick, broke and unhappy, living their lives of quiet desperation. They drudge through each day, doing what they are told, and what they are expected to do. They don't know how to think. They have been told WHAT to think for so long, that they no longer know HOW to think. If you want to succeed - you need to be able to think differently. But to do this, you must be capable of critical thought. Which is something the herd cannot yet do. The reason most people are living those desperate lives is that they are incapable of analysing differently, have a different perspective. The reason Bill Gates is a billionaire is that he can distinguish different things, analyse appropriately that others can't. Question what you read and hear. Analyse why the herd thinks the way it does. And think differently!
