CANCELLATION POLICY

Online Orders

We value your business and strive to provide the best service possible. However, please be advised that once an order is placed online, we are unable to offer a refund as we commit resources and stock to fulfill the order immediately. We encourage customers to review their selection carefully before confirming the purchase.

Event Tickets

We understand that plans can change, and we offer the following refund policy for event ticket purchases:

  • 50% Refund: If you need to cancel your attendance, we offer a 50% refund on the purchase price of your tickets, provided that the cancellation is made more than 24 hours before the scheduled start of the event.

  • No Refund: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event start time, or failure to attend the event, will not be eligible for a refund. We recommend considering your availability carefully before purchasing tickets.

To cancel your attendance and request a refund, please contact our customer service team with your order details. Refunds will be processed in the same manner as the original payment was made and may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account.

Please note that this policy applies to the tickets of events hosted directly by our organization and may not apply to events hosted by external organizers. For externally organized events, please refer to the specific cancellation and refund policies provided by the organizer.
